Comunicado de prensa urgente de TRANSEXUALIDAD-EUSKADI, dirigido al Parlamento Europeo
San Sebastián a 6 de Septiembre de 2009
Desde TRANSEXUALIDAD-EUSKADI, emitimos comunicado de prensa urgente, dirigiéndonos al Presidente del Parlamento Europeo el Sr. Jerzy Buzek, así como al Defensor del Pueblo Europeo el Sr. P. Nikiforos Diamandouros, así como a los Grupos Europarlamentarios:
- Grupo de la Alianza Progresista de Socialistas y Demócratas en el Parlamento Europeo
- Grupo Confederal de la Izquierda Unitaria Europea/Izquierda Verde Nórdica
- Europa de la Libertad y de la Democracia
- Grupo de la Alianza de los Demócratas y Liberales por Europa
Desde hace algunas semanas a la población transexual en Italia, se la está agrediendo de forma inhumana por el pueblo más fascista mostrando al mundo, en la televisión nacional de Italia, así como a la población de Europa, que es totalmente lícito tratar a la población transexual como animales, por una estúpida moral cristiana. Los ciudadanos italianos del barrio romano de Prenestino, no dudan en realizar redadas callejeras, a la caza de la mujer transexual, de la manera más cruel, como si de ratas de cloaca se tratasen, no dudan en advertir que van a perseguir a las mujeres transexuales, para quemarlas, como si de un nuevo resurgir de la inquisición o del más acérrimo fascismo se tratase.
El pasado 14 de Enero de 2009 el Sr. Raül Romeva i Rueda (Verts/ALE), preguntaba a la Comisión del Parlamento Europeo sobre la discriminación que están siendo sufridas por la población transexual en Europa, la respuesta por parte del Sr. Špidla en nombre de la Comisión el pasado 3 de Febrero de 2009, responde que:
“Cuando se trate de los derechos de los transexuales, también es necesario tener en cuenta el artículo 14 (prohibición de discriminación) del Convenio Europeo para la Protección de los Derechos Humanos.” (…) “La Comisión se toma en serio las violaciones del Derecho comunitario y supervisa atentamente su aplicación en los Estados miembros, incluidas las Directivas 2006/54/EC y 2004/113/CE”
TRANSEXUALIDAD-EUSKADI, tomando como base dichas Directivas (2006/54/EC y 2004/113/CE), esta Asociación, exige al Presidente del Parlamento Europeo, el Sr. Jerzy Buzek, así como a todos los Grupos Europarlamentarios, que trabajan para la ciudadanía europea, así como para las personas transexuales residentes en Europa de forma legal o ilegal, una solución no excluyente, no marginal, solidaria, no discriminatoria, y, recordando a todas las fuerzas políticas del Parlamento Europeo la aprobación desde Septiembre del año 2001 del Código Europeo de Buena Conducta Administrativa, en base al Artículo 41 de la Carta de Derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea.
Exigimos responsabilidades y soluciones sin más dilación al Parlamento Europeo, ¡¡ ya!!

Urgent Press Release TRANSEXUALIDAD-EUSKADIi, to the European Parliament

From TRANSEXUALIDAD-EUSKADI, we issued an urgent press release, directing the President of Parliament Mr. Jerzy Buzek, and the Ombudsman Mr. P. Nikiforos Diamandouros, as well as Parliament's political groups in Europe:
- Group of the Alliance of Progressive Socialist Party in Parliament
- Confederal Group of the European United Left / Nordic Green Left
- Europe of Liberty and Democracy
- Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe
For several weeks the transsexuals population in Italy, she is being assaulted in an inhumane way more fascist by the people showing the world, on national television in Italy, and the population of Europe, which is entirely lawful to treat people transsexuals like animals, stupid christian morality. Italian citizens Prenestino roman neighborhood, do not hesitate to carry out raids in the streets, hunting for the transsexuals woman, in the most cruel, like sewer rats should address, do not hesitate to warn that they will persecute women transsexuals, to burn, like a new resurgence of the Inquisition and fiercest of fascism in question.
On January 14, 2009 Mr. Raul Romeva i Rueda (Verts / ALE), the Commission asked the European Parliament on the discrimination being suffered by transsexuals people in Europe, the response by Mr Spidla in behalf of the Commission on 3 February 2009, replied that:
"In the case of the rights of transsexuals, it is also necessary to consider Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination) of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights." (...) "The Commission is serious violations of Community law and closely monitoring its implementation in Member States, including Directives 2006/54/EC and 2004/113/CE”
TRANSEXUALIDAD-EUSKADI, based on these directives (2006/54/EC and 2004/113/CE), the Association demands that the President of the European Parliament, Mr. Jerzy Buzek and Parliament's political all groups in Europe working for European citizenship and for transgender people living in Europe legally or illegally, an inclusive solution, not marginal, supportive, non-discriminatory, and to remind all political forces in the European Parliament approved since September 2001 European Code of Good Administrative Behavior, based on Article 41 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
